A DIY home show created and hosted by Phil Varone. A little known fact about Phil is his experience as a builder. Once a student studying to be an architect,  Phil was always fascinated with all aspects of building. These days, Phil loves fixing and building things in his house and documenting along the way. PHIL CAN BUILD? was created with the footage shot during those projects. It's a different twist on DIY shows, as this has no rules, as Phil uses comedy along with his building skills to tackle DIY projects.
